For 50 years, we’ve been part of life on St John’s Road, welcoming our community through the doors of the very same Isleworth salon.

Lucie’s mum
Andi started the business alongside her late father, building the unisex side of the salon and helping shape the Glow we know today.
You’ll still find her here on Fridays, looking after her loyal clients. Together, they bring that much-loved Friday social feel — familiar faces, plenty of conversation and laughter.
Known for her timeless hairdressing and unmistakable touch, Andi remains at the heart of the Glow family. 🤍

Granddaughter of our salon founder
Lucie has been part of Glow since birth… well, almost! From helping after school and during the holidays at 12, she went on to complete her training at a hair academy in Soho before gaining experience and joining the team full time.
Over 25+ years, she’s helped bring Glow into the modern day while keeping its traditional feel, family values and personal welcome at its heart.
Lucie brings leadership, care and a steady hand to salon life. Alongside Rachel, she’s one half of a much-loved double act — years of working together, plenty of laughter and a friendship that’s part of the fabric of Glow. 🤍
Senior Stylist
Part of the Glow family for 23 years and counting! From learning the ropes to becoming a trusted, much-loved senior stylist, Rachel has grown with Glow and furthered her skills through advanced courses at the Schwarzkopf Academy.
Full of life, with a big personality to match, she brings energy, laughter and warmth to the salon. The other half of Lucie’s double act, she’s always ready with a laugh and has a real place in the hearts of our team and clients. We wouldn’t be without her! 🤍
Stylist
Marlowe joined the Glow family two years ago, bringing fresh skills, enthusiasm and a new spark to the team!
She’s loved getting to know our longstanding clients while building her own clientele and making her mark at Glow. With a passion for hair and excitement for what’s ahead, we’re loving watching her flourish. 🤍
Salon Assistant
Mia joined the Glow family a year ago after leaving school, and it’s been a pleasure watching her grow into her role.
From looking after our clients to supporting the stylists, she helps keep each day running smoothly. Her care and hard work make such a difference — we couldn’t do what we do without her! 🤍

Keratin smoothing treatment
A conditioning and smoothing treatment designed to leave hair feeling softer, smoother and easier to manage. Ideal if you’re looking to tame unruly hair and give your everyday styling routine a little help.
We’ll talk through your hair’s condition and the finish you’d like, and advise on suitability and aftercare.
Allow about 2 hours. Enjoy it as a one-off treatment, or refresh every 3–5 months. No commitment required.
